Softening and moisturising oil for perineal massage, ideal from 34 weeks pregnant, Peri Prep Your Bits is a perineal massage oil developed by midwives to help you prepare for you baby’s birth and is ideal for encouraging the skin around your perineum to stretch more easily during childbirth.  This award winning, mum approved massage oil contains a unique blend of natural essential oils to help nourish, protect, and promote skin elasticity.

Ingredients

This softening and moisturising oil can be used throughout pregnancy and contains none of the nasties.

• sweet almond oil to nourish and moisturise your skin

• avocado oil with omega 9 for promoting and protecting skin integrity and health

• lavender oil to calm, promote healing and regeneration

• eucalyptus leaf oil for increasing blood supply to the area

• grapeseed oil with vitamin e to help minimise cell damage
