Thanks for choosing to shop with us at CunninghamsPharmacy.com. We are pleased to offer delivery with our delivery partner DPD, and also collection for those customers near to one of our stores in Athlone. Please see details of these two services below.

Delivery Lead Times & Fees

If you live outside the Island of Ireland and are interested in purchasing from CunninghamsPharmacy.com please e-mail us at orders@cunninghamspharmacy.com and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

Delivery Terms & Details

Our delivery partner is DPD for deliveries in Ireland.We aim for Next Day Delivery for all orders placed before 3 p.m. Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before 3 p.m. on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

On the day of your delivery you will receive an e-mail from DPD with an estimated time of delivery of your order. You can check your tracking number on their website at www.dpd.ie. Your tracking number will be provided via automated email when your goods have been dispatched.

To ensure accurate delivery be sure to include your Eircode when ordering.

Please Note: During Sales, Black Friday, and Bank Holidays delivery lead times may be 2-4 working days. Rest assured though that we will be hard at work during these times trying to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

In the unlikely event of a delay with your order or any other issue we will be in touch with you straight away. We can guarantee that we will get our orders out straight away but as we use an external courier company we cannot guarantee delivery times if delayed by them due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you would prefer you can collect your order from either of our Athlone stores using our FREE Click & Collect service. Please note while we aim to have your order ready for collection on the same day, it can be up to 2 working days before it is available for collection. We will email you again when your order is ready to pick up.

How it Works

When you have selected your items, add them to your shopping cart and then proceed to the checkout.

From the list of delivery methods choose the option I'll Collect My Order and select the store you would like to collect the goods from.

Complete your purchase.

We will aim to have your order ready on the same day but it can take up to two working days for us to have your order ready.

Collecting Your Items

Please bring your order confirmation email (on screen or printout) when collecting your goods instore.

You may be asked to present a valid photo I.D. when collecting your goods instore.

Items will be held in store for a maximum of 14 days. After this time, your order may be cancelled and a refund processed. Items can only be collected within store opening hours.
