Cunningham’s Pharmacy is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you have purchased online simply return it within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or provide a refund to the value of the item (excluding shipping). This is provided the product is unopened and in original condition and the product is eligible for return.
No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.
Damaged Goods
Please check the contents of your package on arrival. Should any items be damaged during shipment, it is important that you notify us upon opening the package and take a photograph (if possible). Also, please keep all packaging materials from the shipment. Should any item be faulty please contact us as described below so that we can provide a replacement item once the original item is returned.
How to Return
If it is necessary to return items for any of the above reasons, please send us an email to customerservice@cunninghamspharmacy.com, and note the following before returning the parcel:

- Order number
- Item details

Additional Information
To help us provide better products, product information and service moving forward we appreciate a brief explanation relating to the reason for the return. We will then ask you to suitably package the product for safe transit and return it to us.
Cunningham’s Pharmacy will not be liable for the loss of any item being returned. We recommend that when returning a product you use tracked delivery. Items which are damaged during the return transit due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for refund.
